If you’re not making money from the power of social media sites like MySpace, Facebook, YouTube, Hubpages, or Squidoo, there can only be one of two things going on — either
1) You’re not using those sites at all, or
2) You’re doing it all wrong!

Good tips. You can’t emphasize enough that social media is just that, SOCIAL media, not advertising. It’s almost impossible to do anything without ads in your face, and I think people really appreciate it when marketing messages are subtly presented, with an option to not even view them if the reader doesn’t want to.
